Andrew Magliochetti was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in September

2025 and currently serves as Director of the Department of the Navy Office of Small

Business Programs. In this role, he is the principal advisor to the Secretary of the Navy

on all small business matters.

 

He has 25 years of private sector experience in structured finance, investment banking,

and private equity. Most recently, Mr. Magliochetti was co-founder and a managing

partner of a venture capital firm focused on national security technologies.

Mr. Magliochetti holds an MS in Finance from Penn State University, an MS in Data

Science from Northwestern University, an MPS in Homeland Security from Penn State

University, and a BA in Economics from Ohio University.
