Overview

As the global landscape evolves with the emergence of near peer adversaries, the Department of Defense (DoD) is tasked with maintaining superior mission readiness and keeping pace with the rapidly advancing capabilities of potential adversaries. To address these challenges, the DoD is embracing the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Generative AI technologies. The DoD has embraced AI/ML in areas like Mission Readiness to identify equipment malfunctions before they affect operations and Contested Logistics by optimizing supply chains, resource allocation and transportations routes in tactical environments.

Our distinguished keynote speaker will provide in depth insights of how the DoD is harnessing the power of AI/ML and Generative AI to revamp its operational strategies. Following the keynote address, our expert panel, composed of leadership from each of the Armed Services, will engage in a thought provoking discussion. They will dive into topics like how the DoD is leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance mission readiness and counteract the recent advancements of our near peer adversaries.

Join AFCEA DC on June 6, 2024 to hear DOD leaders discuss AI/ML best practices, current applications and evolving vision that will give our nations military a continuous mission advantage.
