Director of Information Technology & Chief Information Officer, Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center

 

Eric P. Oliver is the Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). In this role he is responsible for building, operating, securing, defending, and extending Information Technology Services in support of DC3’s global mission at the nexus of law enforcement, counterintelligence, and cybersecurity.

Mr. Oliver’s career with the DoW began in 1993 as a graduate of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. His 3- year military career included Command at multiple levels, service at the Combatant Command, Joint Force Heaquarters, Air Staff, Air Force Major Command, Numbered Air Force, and Unit levels.

Following retirement from the Air Force, Mr. Oliver spent time in industry before returning to government service.
